Dermapen’s advanced skin needling technology uses multiple needles that vertically pierce the skin with an automatic vibrating action. Natural collagen production is stimulated, whilst fine channels are created in the skin that can carry up to 80% more topical nutrients, allowing for treatment delivery deep into the skin’s fibroblasts to feed the underlying cells. This increased absorption of active ingredients into the skin creates stimulated repair and faster skin resurfacing. The skin is tricked into repairing itself. Advanced skin needling gives results similar to fractional laser treatments but without the side effects and downtime. It’s also more effective than most microdermabrasion and chemical peels. The Dermapen is so advanced that it is even suitable and safe to use in delicate and hard to reach áreas, such as around the eyes, lips, and nose, whilst the adjustable needle depths allow for a treatment tailored to your individual needs. This treatment induces elastin and collagen production, which plump out wrinkles as well as create traction (skin tightening effect). How to care for your skin between DERMAPEN treatments STEP 1 – ADVANCED RESURFACING Your doctor or therapist will apply a suitable topical treatment to compliment your advanced skin needling. Between treatments continue using this recommended treatment solution. STEP 2 – HYDRATE & STRENGTHEN For best results, it is important to keep your skin hydrated and protected from the harsh environment to make it healthy and strong. Always wear appropriate sun protection. STEP 3 – COVER, RECOVER & PROTECT FOR BEAUTIFUL SKIN It’s unlikely you’ll have any side effects after your treatment. However, if you do experience redness or sensitive skin, we recommend you use a post-procedure, breathable makeup (Lycogel). Please read our booking policy! SUNDAY'S BOOKING WITH 50% OF THE TOTAL AND WE CHARGE 15% EXTRA. Once we have your deposit your appointment is 100% confirmed. The deposit is non refundable for no show, 20 min late or cancelations without previous notice. We have to make this decision for cancelations on the spot and no-show people.
